Here's the qualifiers for each category of equipment


  • Central Air Conditioning - Minimum 16 SEER, 13 EER
  • Air Source Heat pumps - Minimum 15 SEER, 12.5 EER with an HSPF of 8.5 or greater
  • Self-contained air conditioning package systems - Minimum14 SEER, 12 EER
  • Self-contained heat pump package systems - Minimum14 SEER, 12 EER with an HSPF of 8.5 or greater
  • Natural gas or propane (LP) furnace - 95% efficiency (AFUE) or greater
