	What is your Comfort Choice program?
	Comfort Choice allows you to reserve your choice of equipment at the current price for up to 120 days by making a 25% deposit. You can make incremental payments or pay off the balance in full when you are ready for the equipment to ship. We lock in the current price and availability, guaranteed!
	Is buying a furnace or air conditioner online risky?
	Not when you order from AC Direct. We are the largest, oldest, and most established internet site for consumer-direct purchases. Our shopping cart employs sophisticated security barriers and has never been penetrated by outsiders. Smart shoppers are saving on everything from homes to automobiles on the net. AC Direct is the largest and oldest supplier of heating and air conditioning systems on the internet. Federal Credit Act Laws also requires your credit card company to remove any contested charges from your account while they investigate defective or non-delivery claims. If you make a purchase on the net and do not receive it the supplier is required to furnish signed proof of delivery to your credit card company or the charge is irrevocably reversed. Use your credit card and you assume very little risk with any purchase. This is your protection against fraudulent transactions.
	Can buying direct from AC Direct really save me money on my next heating/ cooling system?

Savings of as much as 70% have been reported to us by our customers. Depending on your local conditions, a total savings of 30-50% is not unusual at all
	Why are your prices so much lower?
	Contractors have a very rough road to travel these days. Federal and local business regulations, workman's compensation and liability insurance, vehicle costs, and payroll expenses are at all time highs. You completely eliminate most of these suffocating expenses when you buy direct. We have no expensive service vehicles and a much lower cost basis on a sale-by-sale basis so these tremendous savings are passed along to our customers.
	How can I be sure I am ordering the right system?

	Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
	Absolutely. This is one of our most important safeguards for our customers. It ensures that the order was properly completed and understood by your sales associate. There are many options and configurations available that need verification by both AC Direct and you, as the buyer. This confirmation protects you from the inconvenience of a misunderstanding occurring anywhere in the order process and ensures that you receive exactly what you need, the first time, every time.
	How do you send the order confirmation to me? How soon will I receive it?
	Unless you instruct us otherwise, your order confirmation will be sent via email. Other options include via fax and the US mail. It is sent out to you within one business day (or sooner) from the time of order.
	What forms of payment do you accept?
	We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks by phone, wire transfers, money orders, and Paypal.

	Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
	Yes. Pick ups can be made from 9am-5-pm, Monday through Friday at our warehouse in Orlando, Fl. Your order will be properly loaded in your suitable vehicle by our warehouse staff.
	Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
	Your order is non-taxable unless it is shipped to or picked up within Florida. All other states are non-taxable.
	My contractor told that these prices are possible only by selling closeouts, discontinued and outdated equipment. Is that true?
	Each and every item we sell is the latest generation, brand new and factory fresh. We never purchase overstock or closeouts and will prominently identify them as such if we do, passing along even greater savings. Full factory warranty is always included. Scratch and dent items are posted under identifying links and priced even lower, when available.
	My contractor told me that our state does not allow me to purchase air conditioning and heating equipment without a license. Is this true?
	Absolutley not! Federal regulation does require an EPA certification to handle refrigerant but does not govern purchasing or installation. If you install your air conditioner simply have a certified professional complete the start up to comply with this law. No state has the power to regulate the sale of heating and air conditioning equipment. Each state will govern the installation procedures but none govern or restrict the sales channel.
