We will email or call you once your order ships and provide full tracking information including the carrier name, phone number and your tracking number.
What are my responsibilities when I receive my order?
To protect yourself against the small risk of damage or shortage you must complete all of the following at the time of receipt: 1) Count all equipment items against the enclosed packing list to ensure all items are present. 2) Remove equipment shipping containers and carefully inspect for concealed damage. 3) Compare the equipment models numbers against those on your packing list to ensure the proper items were delivered. Mistakes are extremely rare but need to be promptly reported so we can immediately replace improper items. 4) Sign and retain a copy of the delivery receipt.
Can I get the installation instructions in advance of my order delivery?
Yes. We can fax, mail or email the instructions to you once the order is placed or you can obtain them from the individual product ad under the "Installation Guides/PDF's" link.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes. You will need to inspect it for damage prior to signing the freight bill. Your signature provides proof of delivery by the trucking company.
Will the carrier call me before delivering my order?
The carrier will call prior to delivery to a residential address. We do provide the tracking information for your order once it leaves our Customer care center as well. You may then contact the terminal if you like and make the arrangements for your delivery ahead of time
How will my order arrive at my home?
We use nationally known "common carriers". These are freight companies that ship via tractor-trailer. All equipment items are carefully strapped to a shipping pallet, shrinked wrapped and labeled for special handling by the carrier. We use DHL for ground or air freight on smaller, lighter orders.
Will the freight carrier unload my order for me?
The driver will be by himself and will require assistance in unloading. We suggest that you have two people present (in addition to the driver) to assist in the unloading.
When do you suggest that I include a liftgate with my order?
Whenever suitable means to lower the equipment from the back of the truck to the ground does not exist. These means include a forklift or 2-3 people with strong backs. Otherwise, the liftgate will get your order to the ground. You will still need a handtruck or dolly to move the equipment to your storage ar
