Installation :
Can I install my new system myself? Do you provide installers for my purchase? Do your refrigerant line sets come precharged? Can I get the installation instructions in advance of my order delivery? Does my installer need to be certified by the manufacturer of the equipment I select? How do I size a ductless mini split? What if I need help with the installation or just have questions? I see the terms "upflow", downflow", and "horizontal" used when describing furnaces and air handlers. What does this mean? Can you help me with my duct system design and layout?
