What are my responsibilities when I receive my order? Back
To protect yourself against the small risk of damage or shortage you must complete all of the following at the time of receipt:
1) Count all equipment items against the enclosed packing list to ensure all items are present.
2) Remove equipment shipping containers and carefully inspect for concealed damage.
3) Compare the equipment models numbers against those on your packing list to ensure the proper items were delivered. Mistakes are extremely rare but need to be promptly reported so we can immediately replace improper items.
4) Sign and retain a copy of the delivery receipt.
