  All properly licensed local heating/cooling contractors are certified to diagnose and repair any brand of equipment. All parts are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and are available for replacement free of charge with the exchange. Labor is covered by ACDirect's optional 2 year labor agreement (applicable to residential installations ONLY).
