All Westinghouse brand products we install are backed by our 10 year parts and labor service policy at no additional cost to you. This means that any system part that fails due to a manufacturing defect or is installed improperly and fails within 10 years from the date we install it will be replaced at absolutely no cost to you.

This policy is construed liberally in our customer's favor. We regret that we cannot offer coverage on items such as failed or tripped breakers (unless the breaker was reacting to a system failure, of course), electrical shortages, acts of God, or homeowner abuse (we have to throw that one in but we know most of you don't purposely abuse your systems)
