Daikin mini split indoor units are typically mounted high up on a wall or in the ceiling, and they are connected to the outdoor unit by a small conduit that contains refrigerant tubing, power cables, and a drain line. This conduit can be run through a small hole in the wall, making installation relatively easy and minimally invasive.
