Where the savings come from
A local contractor carries a heavy cost load. Federal and local business regulations, workers compensation and liability insurance, vehicle expenses, and payroll are all near record highs. Every one of those costs gets built into the price of the equipment a contractor sells and installs.
When you buy direct from AC Direct, most of that load disappears. We do not run expensive service vehicles or staff field crews, so our cost on a sale by sale basis is much lower. We pass those savings straight along to our customers.
What buying direct does and does not include
AC Direct sells HVAC equipment online and ships it to you. We do not perform installation or service. You buy the system at the direct price and arrange a local licensed contractor to install it, which keeps the equipment cost and the labor cost separate and clear.
