20K BTU TON MITSUBISHI MXZ HYPER HEAT 2 ZONE CONDENSER (MXZ-2C20NAHZ)

Total zone control is now available in any climate with the newest addition of the MXZ systems to the M-Series Hyper-Heating INVERTER™ family. Heat and cool from 2 to 8 zones with only one extremely quiet outdoor unit.

A variety of indoor units that will fit any room application will allow you to condition only the rooms you want whenever you want. All of these systems are ENERGY STAR® rated providing excellent energy efficiency while possibly lowering your energy bill.

  • A six unit lineup which gives the ability to heat and cool two to eight individual zones with 20kBtu/h – 48kBtu/h.
  • Heating capacities ranging from 22kBtu/h – 54kBtu/h.
  • High efficiencies up to 19.0 SEER, 14.0 EER and 13.5 HSPF.
  • Connection to our new MSZ-FH indoor units, featuring i-see Sensor™ 3D.
  • Built-in base pan heaters to prevent ice buildup in the drain pan.
  • An optional M-NET adapter which allows easy integration into the CMCN systems.
  • Advanced LEV controls which allow installers to use longer line lengths and increase vertical separations.
  • ENERGY STAR® qualification for every unit.

  • Highly energy-efficient system that features 100% heating capacity at 5°F, 82% at -4°F, and 62% at -13°F
  • Updated sleek, compact indoor unit design
  • Includes Standard, Platinum Deodorizing, and Anti-allergy Enzyme filters for a complete air purifying system
  • “Powerful Mode” function permits system to temporarily run at a lower/higher temperature with an increased fan speed, which quickly brings the room to the optimum comfort level
  • Integrated i-see Sensor automatically adjusts the unit’s operation according to temperature differences detected between the floor and the intake air, ensuring optimum comfort and energy usage

Note:It is the customer's responsibility to register the product with the manufacturer. One of the main benefits of registering the product is extending the manufacturer warranty to 10 years; otherwise coverage is 5 years.


Under the terms of all manufacturer's warranty and to comply with federal refrigerant handling laws, it is required that the system be checked and started up and signed-off on by a licensed air conditioning/heating contractor prior to use. Please ensure that all supply and return ductwork is properly sized and that the installation is permitted (where required) and conforms with local and state codes. Electrical connections should always be made by a licensed electrical contractor.
