A 10 kW electric heater helps compatible packaged systems maintain comfortable indoor temperatures.
The Intertherm W3P1002 is a 10 kW electric heater kit designed for approved P7R, Q7R, P95, and Q95 packaged HVAC units. It can provide supplemental or emergency heating for a compatible heat pump or add electric heating capability to an approved packaged air conditioner.
Intertherm, formerly marketed under the Revolv name, designed this kit for 240-volt, single-phase operation within the matched packaged unit. The W3P1002 does not include circuit breakers. Its electrical supply, conductors, and circuit protection must therefore be selected according to the equipment documentation and applicable electrical codes.
- 10 kW electric heat: Adds substantial supplemental heating to compatible packaged equipment.
- Approved packaged-unit applications: Designed for compatible P7R, Q7R, P95, and Q95 models.

Choose the W3P1002 when the manufacturer's equipment cross-reference calls for 10 kW of electric heat without breakers. Have a qualified professional confirm the heating requirement, equipment model, airflow, wiring, and electrical-panel capacity.
Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?

- Confirm your installer is experienced with the system type you’re purchasing

Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
