The Intertherm HSA4ME5M1SN24K is a 2-ton, 24,000 BTU split-system air conditioner designed to provide dependable cooling for compatible manufactured and modular home HVAC systems. Rated at 14.3 SEER2, this outdoor condenser helps maintain comfortable indoor temperatures while using energy more efficiently than older, lower-efficiency equipment.
For homeowners familiar with the former Revolv product line, Intertherm now carries that trusted manufactured-home HVAC legacy forward. The HSA4ME series is engineered specifically for factory-built housing and features a powder-coated galvanized-steel cabinet that helps protect the outdoor unit against corrosion, fading, chipping, and scratching.
The Intertherm HSA4ME5M1SN24K is a practical replacement or new-system choice for homeowners who need dependable 2-ton cooling in a properly matched manufactured-home HVAC system. Professional sizing and installation are required to confirm compatibility and achieve the intended comfort and efficiency.
The Intertherm E7ED Series Electric Furnace provides dependable heating for compatible manufactured and mobile homes with downflow duct systems. In a downflow installation, heated air moves from the furnace into ductwork located beneath the unit, making this configuration a practical replacement choice for many factory-built homes.
Available in heating capacities from 10 to 23 kW, the E7ED family makes it easier to match the furnace to the home’s heating requirements. Its compact cabinet supports installation in common manufactured-home utility spaces, while front service access helps qualified HVAC professionals perform routine inspection and maintenance.
The Intertherm E7ED Series was formerly sold under the Revolv brand. Choose the appropriate model based on the required heating capacity, electrical service and compatible cooling equipment, and have the system sized and installed by a qualified HVAC professional.
The Intertherm C85DAMX24U-B is a 2-ton, 24,000 BTU uncased indoor evaporator coil designed for compatible manufactured and modular home HVAC systems. Installed with an approved outdoor air conditioner or heat pump and furnace, the coil transfers heat between the refrigerant and indoor air to help cool or heat the home.
For homeowners familiar with the former Revolv product line, Intertherm now carries that manufactured-home HVAC tradition forward. This vertical A-coil uses micro-channel technology and includes a factory-installed thermal expansion valve, commonly called a TXV, to regulate refrigerant flow as operating conditions change.
The C85DAMX24U-B is a practical indoor-coil choice when building or replacing a properly matched 2-ton Intertherm system. A qualified HVAC professional must verify the outdoor unit, furnace, A2L safety components, airflow, and certified equipment match before installation.
Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.
Here’s how it works:
Note:
Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
