Installed with an approved outdoor air conditioner or heat pump and furnace, the coil transfers heat between the refrigerant and indoor air to help cool or heat the home.

This vertical A-coil uses micro-channel technology and includes a factory-installed thermal expansion valve, commonly called a TXV, to regulate refrigerant flow as operating conditions change.

Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.
