The Intertherm W3P2002B is a 20 kW electric heater kit with circuit breakers for compatible P7R, Q7R, P95, and Q95 packaged HVAC units. It is intended for approved higher-demand applications that require substantial supplemental heating from a packaged heat pump or electric heat added to a packaged air conditioner.
Intertherm, formerly marketed under the Revolv name, builds this 240-volt, single-phase heater kit to integrate with the packaged unit's blower and controls. The included circuit breakers distinguish it from the lower-capacity W3P models without breakers. Because 20 kW places a significant demand on the electrical system, the home must have adequate service capacity.
