Heating capacities from 10 to 23 kW provide options for different home sizes, climates and heating loads. The compact cabinet is designed for factory-built housing applications, while front service access helps qualified technicians reach the internal components for installation and maintenance.

The Intertherm C85DAMX4960U-B is a high-capacity uncased indoor coil designed for compatible 4- and 5-ton manufactured or modular home HVAC systems. Its nominal operating range supports approved equipment combinations from approximately 48,000 to 60,000 BTUs when matched with the correct outdoor unit and furnace.
Intertherm carries forward the manufactured-home HVAC experience many customers previously knew through the Revolv product line. This vertical A-coil uses micro-channel technology and a factory-installed TXV to manage R454B refrigerant flow, helping the complete matched system deliver dependable comfort and efficient heat transfer.
- 4- to 5-ton capacity range: Supports approved systems with approximately 48,000 to 60,000 BTUs of nominal capacity.
- R454B system compatibility: Designed for current-generation R454B air-conditioning and approved heat-pump combinations.

Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.

- Confirm your installer is experienced with the system type you’re purchasing

If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
