How Your Confirmation Is Delivered
When you place an order with AC Direct, we send a confirmation so you have a record of what you bought. By default that confirmation arrives by email, since it reaches you fastest and gives you a copy you can save or print. If you would rather receive it another way, just let us know when you order.

How Soon It Arrives
Your confirmation is sent within one business day from the time you place the order, and in most cases sooner. Because it goes out by email by default, you usually have it the same day. This confirmation covers the order itself. Shipping and tracking details follow once your equipment is processed for delivery.
If You Do Not See It
If your confirmation has not shown up, check your spam or junk folder first, since automated messages sometimes land there. Make sure the email address on your order is correct. If it still has not arrived, contact our support team and we will resend it or switch you to fax or US mail.
