Can I Pick Up My Order at Your Warehouse?

Is warehouse pickup available?

No. AC Direct does not have a will call counter or a public pickup warehouse. We are an online retailer of heating and cooling equipment, and we ship every order directly from the manufacturer to the address you provide at checkout. Because the units leave the factory and head straight to you, there is no local warehouse for customers to visit.

Shipping directly from the manufacturer removes extra handling, storage, and middle steps. That keeps our costs low and is a big reason we can offer the prices we do. It also means your system arrives newly produced rather than sitting in a regional storage location. How your order arrives

Most full systems and large components, such as furnaces, air handlers, and condensers, ship by freight on a pallet. Smaller parts and accessories may ship by a standard parcel carrier. The right method depends on the size and weight of what you ordered.

Before delivery day

For freight shipments, plan to have help available to move heavy equipment off the truck and inspect the packaging for any visible damage. Note any concerns on the delivery paperwork. AC Direct sells the equipment and provides free technical support, but we do not perform installation or on site service.
