The Intertherm E7EM-B012K1 is a nominal 12 kW multi-position electric furnace developed for manufactured and modular homes. It produces approximately 36,000 BTUs at 230 volts or 30,000 BTUs at 208 volts and can be installed in an approved upflow or downflow configuration.

Intertherm continues the factory-built home HVAC legacy previously associated with the Revolv name. This compact furnace includes a 16-speed constant-torque ECM blower for flexible airflow configuration. It can also support approved air-conditioning or heat-pump equipment when installed with the correct indoor coil, cabinet, and accessories.
