The Intertherm HSH4ME5M1SP30K is a 2.5-ton, 30,000 BTU split-system heat pump engineered for compatible manufactured and modular home HVAC applications. During hot weather, it removes heat from the home to provide cooling. When cooler weather arrives, it reverses operation and transfers heat indoors for efficient home comfort.
Intertherm continues the factory-built home HVAC legacy previously associated with the Revolv name. The HSH4ME series delivers 14.3 SEER2 cooling efficiency and 7.5 HSPF2 heating efficiency while using a scroll compressor for smooth, reliable operation. Exterior protection helps the outdoor unit withstand corrosion, fading, scratching, chipping, and demanding weather conditions.
The HSH4ME5M1SP30K provides a durable year-round comfort solution for factory-built homes requiring 2.5-ton capacity. Have a qualified HVAC professional verify the load calculation, indoor equipment match, and installation requirements before purchasing.
The Intertherm E7EU Series Electric Furnace is designed for compatible manufactured and mobile homes with upflow duct systems. Heated air moves upward from the furnace into ductwork above the unit, making the E7EU a suitable choice when the home’s existing HVAC layout requires an upflow configuration.
Heating capacities from 10 to 23 kW provide options for different home sizes, climates and heating loads. The compact cabinet is designed for factory-built housing applications, while front service access helps qualified technicians reach the internal components for installation and maintenance.
The Intertherm E7EU Series was formerly offered under the Revolv brand. Verify the home’s airflow orientation, electrical requirements, heating load and approved component matches before selecting a furnace.
The Intertherm C85DAMX3036U-B is an uncased indoor evaporator coil designed for compatible 2.5- and 3-ton manufactured or modular home HVAC systems. Its nominal capacity range of 30,000 to 36,000 BTUs allows the coil to serve multiple approved equipment combinations when properly matched with the correct outdoor unit and furnace.
Intertherm continues the manufactured-home HVAC legacy previously recognized under the Revolv name. The C85 coil uses micro-channel construction for effective heat transfer and includes a factory-installed TXV that adjusts refrigerant flow according to system demand, helping the matched system operate consistently and efficiently.
The C85DAMX3036U-B provides useful system-matching flexibility for homeowners replacing or assembling a 2.5- or 3-ton manufactured-home HVAC system. Final capacity, airflow, furnace compatibility, A2L safety requirements, and the certified outdoor-unit match must be confirmed by a qualified HVAC professional.
Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.
Here’s how it works:
Note:
Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
