Paired with the matching FTXC12BVJU9 indoor unit, the system delivers rated capacities of 11,600 BTU/h cooling and 11,300 BTU/h heating. With efficiency ratings of 18 SEER2, 8.4 EER2, and 8.5 HSPF2, it provides homeowners with an efficient alternative to window units, through-the-wall equipment, and other solutions where adding conventional ductwork may not make sense.
Instead of simply cycling fully on and off, Daikin inverter technology adjusts compressor operation to match the changing comfort needs of the room.
