Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.

- Hire a licensed HVAC technician in your area
- Use platforms like Angi, Thumbtack, or a local HVAC directory to find reliable professionals
- Confirm your installer is experienced with the system type you’re purchasing

Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty.
