MSZ-JX12WL Overview
This wall-mounted air conditioner and heater works with a 115V outdoor unit. It plugs into regular outlets, so you don't need a lot of electrical work. It's great for old homes and small businesses. It's very quiet and has an energy-saving feature that adjusts the airflow to save power.

- Confirm your installer is experienced with the system type you’re purchasing

Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
