The Intertherm HSA4ME5M1SN60K is a 5-ton, 60,000 BTU split-system air conditioner engineered for compatible manufactured and modular home HVAC applications. As the largest-capacity model in the HSA4ME series, it provides substantial cooling performance with a 14.3 SEER2 efficiency rating.
Intertherm carries forward the manufactured-home HVAC experience previously associated with the Revolv product line. This condenser is specifically designed for factory-built housing and protected by a powder-coated galvanized-steel cabinet that helps resist outdoor corrosion, fading, scratching, and chipping.
The HSA4ME5M1SN60K is a strong choice when a professional load calculation confirms that a full 5 tons of cooling is appropriate for the home. Correct indoor-equipment matching and professional installation are required to ensure reliable performance, comfort, and efficiency.
The Intertherm E7ED Series Electric Furnace provides dependable heating for compatible manufactured and mobile homes with downflow duct systems. In a downflow installation, heated air moves from the furnace into ductwork located beneath the unit, making this configuration a practical replacement choice for many factory-built homes.
Available in heating capacities from 10 to 23 kW, the E7ED family makes it easier to match the furnace to the home’s heating requirements. Its compact cabinet supports installation in common manufactured-home utility spaces, while front service access helps qualified HVAC professionals perform routine inspection and maintenance.
The Intertherm E7ED Series was formerly sold under the Revolv brand. Choose the appropriate model based on the required heating capacity, electrical service and compatible cooling equipment, and have the system sized and installed by a qualified HVAC professional.
The Intertherm C85DAMX4960U-B is a high-capacity uncased indoor coil designed for compatible 4- and 5-ton manufactured or modular home HVAC systems. Its nominal operating range supports approved equipment combinations from approximately 48,000 to 60,000 BTUs when matched with the correct outdoor unit and furnace.
Intertherm carries forward the manufactured-home HVAC experience many customers previously knew through the Revolv product line. This vertical A-coil uses micro-channel technology and a factory-installed TXV to manage R454B refrigerant flow, helping the complete matched system deliver dependable comfort and efficient heat transfer.
The C85DAMX4960U-B offers useful flexibility for larger manufactured-home HVAC systems, but the exact application depends on the approved outdoor unit, furnace, airflow, and certified system rating. A qualified HVAC professional must verify the complete match and required R454B/A2L safety components before installation.
Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.
Here’s how it works:
Note:
Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
