A 15 kW electric heater with circuit breakers supports demanding packaged-system applications.
The Intertherm W3P1502B is a 15 kW electric heater kit with circuit breakers for compatible P7R, Q7R, P95, and Q95 packaged units. It can provide supplemental and emergency heat for an approved packaged heat pump or add electric heating capability to a compatible packaged air conditioner.
Intertherm, formerly marketed under the Revolv name, designed this 240-volt, single-phase kit for applications requiring substantial electric heating capacity. Unlike the W3P1502, the W3P1502B includes circuit breakers as part of its configuration. The home's electrical system must still have sufficient capacity to support the heater and packaged equipment.
- 15 kW electric heat: Provides substantial heating output for manufacturer-approved applications.
- Included circuit breakers: Offers integrated equipment-level overcurrent protection as designed by the manufacturer.

Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?

Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
