The Intertherm 903678A is an adjustable roof jack for compatible manufactured-home furnaces installed below a nominal 4/12 sloped roof. Its 27-to-47-inch adjustment range is designed for moderate or shallower ceiling-to-roof measurements where longer roof-jack assemblies are unnecessary.
Intertherm, formerly marketed under the Revolv name, designed this assembly to supply outdoor combustion air and carry furnace exhaust safely through the roof. The telescoping construction allows the installer to match the roof cavity, while the flashing and upper crown help create a secure outdoor termination. This model is listed for compatible R, MG1, and M5S furnace applications.
