Efficient Upflow Electric Heat for Everyday Home Comfort
Reliable 12 kW heating and adjustable airflow support a comfortable, properly matched home system.
The Intertherm E7EU-B012K1 is a nominal 12 kW upflow electric furnace engineered for manufactured and modular home applications. It produces approximately 36,000 BTUs of heating output at 230 volts or 30,000 BTUs at 208 volts.
Intertherm continues the manufactured-home HVAC heritage previously associated with the Revolv name. This furnace sends conditioned air upward and includes a factory-installed coil cabinet for a compatible air conditioner or heat pump. A constant-torque ECM blower with 16 selectable speeds allows the installer to establish appropriate airflow for heating and cooling.

Who installs the AC unit after I purchase it?
ACDirect does not yet provide installation services directly. However, most of our customers successfully arrange installation through local licensed HVAC contractors. These systems are designed for professional installation and typically include the components your installer will need.

- Use platforms like Angi, Thumbtack, or a local HVAC directory to find reliable professionals
- Confirm your installer is experienced with the system type you’re purchasing

Please be aware if you choose to install HVAC equipment yourself and don’t possess proper HVAC licensing, you will void the manufacturer’s factory warranty. If you are capable of a factory-compliant installation yourself, you will need a licensed HVAC contractor to sign off on your work, fully confirming factory-compliant workmanship.
